Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketplace & Product Listing Specialist to join our e-commerce team, focusing on managing product listings and optimizing presence on Amazon and Wayfair platforms. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, compelling, and compliant product information across online marketplaces to maximize visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to data management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon and Wayfair to enhance visibility and sales performance
• Manage product data entry with precision, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images
• Utilize databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to maintain organized product information
• Conduct Excel data analysis to identify trends, improve listing strategies, and track performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines for product listings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, marketing, and customer service to ensure consistent product information
• Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining data integrity
• Monitor inventory levels through order entry systems to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
• Maintain organized filing systems for digital assets such as images, documents, and listing records
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing marketplace inquiries promptly and professionally
• Support continuous process improvements to streamline data entry workflows and increase productivity

Experience

Candidates should possess a strong background in e-commerce platform management or related fields with demonstrated experience in product listing operations. The following qualifications are preferred:

• Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central and Wayfair Partner Portal or similar marketplace management tools
• Proficiency in database systems, spreadsheets (especially Microsoft Excel), and productivity software such as Word processing applications
• Familiarity with ERP systems used for inventory management and order processing
• Strong computer skills with the ability to handle multiple data entry tasks efficiently
• Experience analyzing Excel data sets for insights that improve listing performance
• Basic math skills necessary for pricing adjustments and inventory calculations
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing large volumes of product information
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining accuracy in data collection and entry
• Office experience including filing digital records, order entry procedures, and technical proficiency in productivity software

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
