Job Description
Responsibilities
- Research, test, and implement AI tools that improve marketing productivity and performance.
- Build prompts, AI workflows, automations, and reusable resources for the marketing team.
- Identify manual or inefficient processes that could be improved with technology.
- Assist with our CRM, marketing automation, lead generation, and analytics platforms.
- Help create dashboards, reports, and marketing performance insights.
- Support digital marketing initiatives across email, social, website, SEO/AEO, video, and paid media.
- Research emerging AI, marketing technologies, competitors, and industry trends.
- Work directly with the CMO on special projects and new marketing experiments.
- Document successful processes, workflows, and technology use cases.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, analytics, communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI, technology, automation, data, and marketing.
- Experience experimenting with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI platforms.
- comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and working with data.
- Able to learn new technology quickly and independently.
- Strong problem-solving, research, and critical-thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy and quality.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to experiment.
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, Zapier/Make, APIs, Python/SQL, analytics platforms, SEO tools, or AI agents is a plus - but not required.
