Responsibilities
- The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading the successful coordination of department communication and functions with Marketing Coordinators. They also develop and implements marketing related strategies and events.
- Responsible for Supervising the Coordinators to have successful coordination in Marketing department.
- Deployment and coordination of property contests including ordering, selection of materials, setup, décor and selection of prize-winners.
- Management and maintenance of promotional materials such as décor, promotional merchandising and other promotional tools.
- Working with event staff to setup events, administer contests, issue prizes and ensure proper procedures or rules are followed.
- Management of property social media accounts and property website.
- Includes coordination with corporate digital team.
- Responsible for booking and managing property entertainment acts and events.
- Setup and deploy CMS promotions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to define situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel.
Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to obtain valid state gaming license.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform multiple duties under frequent time pressure.
- Frequent sitting with intermittent standing and walking.
- Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
