  • Collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Film to coordinate cross-department promotions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Studio Relations Marketing Team in planning and executing studio support programs for upcoming movies.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating special event materials in support of movie promotions.
  • Help create, coordinate, and evaluate promotions designed to boost movie attendance.
  • Create communications and resources for internal teams and field locations to guide the development, placement, and use of promotional materials, both digital and in-theatre.
  • Develop professional presentation decks to support new projects and recap materials.
  • Analyze market data, including campaign results and market share, to help inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales, Food & Beverage, Operations, and Film, to help coordinate programs and promotions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Prior marketing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field and have completed coursework in marketing communications, public relations, advertising, or business writing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities.
  • Motivated, creative, and strategic thinker who takes initiative to learn and contribute.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient with computers, internet usage, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Willing and motivated to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet the demands of the organization.
  • Must be willing and able to work out of our corporate office in downtown Milwaukee
