Job Summary

Own a data-driven, cross functional marketing role that steers strategy, campaign performance, and GTM alignment for products and aftermarket programs.

  • Own cross‑functional marketing strategy, campaign optimization, and go‑to‑market execution with product and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Translate internal and external data into actionable insights for senior leaders and anticipate market trends to shape plans.
  • Partner with commercial, product, and leadership teams to run roadmaps and represent the brand at industry trade shows and events.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing strategy including creating and implementing strategies and plans for products and programs
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute roadmap and align go-to-market strategy and initiatives with broader enterprise activities
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials
  • Communicate all channel initiatives to necessary departments, both internal and external, to ensure visibility to channel goals & objectives
  • Ensure successful and timely project completion through effective communication and project management
  • Able to meet deadlines and work through challenges of timelines in the process
  • Editing and proofreading online communications, direct mail, product literature, and internal and external communication pieces
  • Maintain an innovative approach to all campaigns, continuing to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Design and develop marketing plans and manage all communication with internal and external sources

Requirements

  • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
  • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
  • Advanced Excel skills (required)
  • Experience working with both internal and external datasets

Preferred

  • Exposure to BI tools or data visualization platforms (preferred)
  • Experience in Aftermarket, Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, or OEM environments
  • OEM experience should come from a strategy, insights, or analytics group (not operations)
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up and add value in a new role
