Job Summary

Own and steer marketing content for the water market, translating SME input into articles, talking points, videos, abstracts and collateral while coordinating campaigns and digital assets across multiple projects.

  • Coordinate content production from SME interviews to conference submissions.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to manage deadlines and content workflows.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing managers with materials tied to active pursuits, client accounts and business development priorities. This may include pursuit leave behinds, conference materials, client-facing collateral, project highlights and other marketing pieces that help position Kiewit’s water market.
  • Help capture technical information from subject matter experts and project teams, then translate it into clear content for articles, talking points, video scripts, social posts and pursuit-related materials. This person should be comfortable asking questions, identifying the main message and helping make technical topics easier for clients and industry audiences to understand.
  • Support marketing managers and subject matter experts with content for conference abstracts, technical session submissions and speaker opportunities. This may include helping shape the topic, clarify the client or industry relevance, edit technical content and make sure the abstract connects back to Kiewit’s water market strategy.
  • Support practical content production needs such as talking-head videos, short expert interviews, project updates and field-focused content. This may include helping develop questions, organize talking points, coordinate photos or videos and shape raw information into polished content.
  • Assist with the design and layout of marketing materials, including sales collateral, conference pieces, pursuit graphics, PowerPoint materials, signage, leave-behinds and digital content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for layout, visual hierarchy and making information easy to follow.
  • Help support digital marketing needs such as eblasts, landing pages, microsites or content updates. This role may also help organize requests, track deadlines and manage content workflows using Monday.com, Asana or similar platforms.
