Job Summary

Coordinate and own live events, campaign activations, and cross-functional marketing operations, driving planning, tracking, and execution to enable launches and align stakeholders.

  • Own end-to-end event logistics and cross-team coordination for trade shows, conferences, and activations.
  • Develop and monitor campaign trackers, kickoff meetings, and sales calendars to ensure timely delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Gather market and customer insights to inform marketing plans and leadership-ready presentations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, manage, and execute trade shows, conferences, and events by coordinating requirements, assigning responsibilities, and overseeing all logistical aspects and event activities
  • Provide comprehensive support for programs, campaign activations, and communications efforts, including report preparation, sales calendar development and coordination, broadcast management, collateral creation, and execution of promotional initiatives
  • Conduct thorough research to analyze the competitive landscape, identify market trends, and understand customer behavior; prepare reports through meticulous data collection, synthesis, and analysis
  • Assist in gathering data and insights to inform marketing plans, as well as preparing presentations for leadership
  • Maintain and update sales support materials, ensuring all resources remain accurate and up-to-date, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales presentations as required
  • Develop and manage detailed campaign trackers; facilitate kickoff and ongoing meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding objectives, timelines, and responsibilities; proactively monitor progress to guarantee timely completion of activities and successful campaign delivery
  • Support product and service launches by developing campaign trackers for specific launches, leading kickoff calls, delegating tasks to participants, following up on deliverables, and collaborating with vendors and technical service teams on project elements
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary to support overall objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, trade show planning and execution, or a related role; internship and co-op experience welcomed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to effectively support reporting, presentations, scheduling, and day-to-day marketing operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to interact professionally across teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and growth-oriented, with a process-improvement mindset and a strong desire to learn and develop within the marketing field
  • Highly self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
  • Brings a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for supporting marketing initiatives and contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing communications, materials, timelines, and event logistics
