Job Summary

Own end to end pursuit strategy and content across RFPs and final submissions, while shaping visuals and storytelling for high impact proposals.

  • Pursuit Ownership: coordinate RFP/Q through submission with cross functional teams and executive input.
  • Content & Visuals: craft persuasive content, layouts, and multimedia decks for interviews and pitches.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: build case studies, capture project stories, and publish across channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Pursuits & Proposal Development
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of pursuit efforts—from RFP/Q through final submission.
  • Work with pursuit teams to craft high‑quality, persuasive content and ensure timely delivery of drafts and final packages.
  • Partner closely with the pursuits manager and executive leadership to gather accurate background information and insights.
  • Develop customized proposal layouts and creative visual approaches that elevate our submissions.
  • Develop High‑Impact Presentations & Visual Storytelling
  • Prepare compelling presentations and interview materials, including animated slides and digital collateral.
  • Lead presentation coaching and provide constructive feedback to pursuit team.
  • Support Project Lifecycle Marketing
  • Track awarded projects to generate marketing content and document progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience developing and managing proposals within the industry.
  • Must complete an InDesign skills test.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to various communication styles.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom); web‑based tools; and Microsoft Office.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with photography and basic video production.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and business development best practices.
