Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the proposal lifecycle from pre-RFP planning through submission
  • Review requirements and coordinate proposal development, timelines, and kickoff meetings
  • Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to develop proposal responses
  • Support post-submission activities, including interview presentations and follow-ups
  • Track proposal activity and reporting, including pipeline and win/loss metrics
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop project descriptions and case studies, track milestones and achievements, and coordinate in-progress and final project photography, and/or video storytelling opportunities
  • Maintain and update content across platforms (e.g., Cosential, Salesforce, OpenAsset, Monday.com)
  • Support business development and client experience efforts, including client presentations
  • Work closely with business unit marketing manager to help with special projects and promotional opportunities
  • Senior management, business development/sales enablement, and marketing team

Requirements

  • - A minimum of 2-5 years of experience within a B2B marketing role
  • - B.A. or B.S. in related field of study preferred
  • - Proficient in Adobe Suite, especially InDesign and PowerPoint
  • - Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • - Thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively handles multiple time-sensitive requests
  • - Familiarity with Salesforce and Cosential or other similar CRM systems
  • - Well organized
