Job Summary

Own and optimize campaigns across paid, social, and email channels with cross-functional launch support and data-driven optimization.

  • End-to-end campaign ownership across multiple channels and content types.
  • Collaborate with designers, creators, and sales to align launches and messaging.
  • Measure, report, and iterate on performance to lift engagement and revenue.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish.
  • Plan and manage social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Create and oversee email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide reports with recommendations.
  • Assist with branding, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, influencers, and content creators.
  • Conduct market research and stay on top of industry trends.
  • Help improve website content, SEO, and online customer experience.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
  • Experience with social media marketing and content planning
  • Experience running paid advertising campaigns is a plus
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and analytics
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce marketing
  • Experience working with influencers or affiliate marketing
  • Photography and video content planning is a plus
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
