Responsibilities

• Support NAMER Marketing Team in planning and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives, from strategy definition to execution and performance reporting (including email, social media, events, and campaigns).
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Training team to align marketing activities with business goals and revenue targets, ensuring every initiative drives measurable results.
• Drive demand generation for Prosci enterprise offerings in partnership with the Regional Sales team, supporting budget targets and expansion of non-training revenue streams (including advisory and licensing programs).
• Assess regional performance and provide data-driven recommendations to inform future marketing plans and resource allocation.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for key enterprise accounts, including custom content and multi-touch engagement strategies.
• Support marketing activities to drive registrations, including emails, webinars, social media and events.
• Vertical Marketing: Focus on industry verticals through strategic partnerships to elevate Prosci’s offerings.
• Vertical Marketing: Execute and attend key events aligning with Prosci’s market and key industries.
• Vertical Marketing: Execute key webinars in the region to support business and marketing goals.
• Vertical Marketing: Source case studies, testimonials and references focusing on verticals and key market segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Must have 2+ years of professional services marketing in a B2B setting.
• Proven experience executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting.
• Experience supporting sales teams, including lead generation, nurture programs, and pipeline contribution.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting abilities for various marketing channels.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret ROI and performance marketing KPIs.
• Must have experience using HubSpot, or similar marketing platform.
• Proficiency in Office 365, CRM systems (Salesforce), LinkedIn Advertising, LinkedIn Navigator
• Project management tools (Asana or similar) for campaign coordination and workflow management

Nice To Have

• Basic design capabilities (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) for creating marketing assets.
• French-speaking proficiency is an asset.
