Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support marketing operations and provide day-to-day assistance for the CEO.
  • Contribute to creative projects, from coordinating photoshoots to supporting daily marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and assist with project timelines and logistics.
Requirements
  • Working towards a degree or having obtained one in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; attention to detail is a must.
  • Comfortable coordinating logistics and managing timelines for creative projects.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel for photoshoots and multi-day shoots as needed, and see our work come to life.
  • Proficiency in Meta and Google Ads
  • Proficiency with design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar).
  • Experience managing marketing assets and maintaining organized project files.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
