Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand and growth strategies
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Coordinate campaign inputs, timelines, and deliverables with minimal oversight
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Ensure campaigns are executed effectively, on time, and aligned with priorities
  • Campaign Planning & Coordination: Support development of campaign plans including objectives, target audiences, messaging inputs, and timelines
  • Campaign Planning & Coordination: Create and manage campaign briefs and coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Campaign Planning & Coordination: Maintain alignment between campaign strategy, timing, and execution
  • Member Engagement Support: Execute marketing initiatives that support member acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Member Engagement Support: Support product campaigns, promotions, and growth-focused initiatives
  • Member Engagement Support: Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with member needs and business goals
  • Operational Support & Workflow Coordination: Maintain campaign calendars, workflows, and marketing documentation

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (required)
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or related field (required)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools, project tracking systems, and campaign management tools (required)
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and performance metrics (required)
  • Soft Skills: Strong organization, communication, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities (required)
  • Attributes: Self-directed, proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative (required)
