Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and update marketing materials across digital and print platforms, including attorney biographies, brochures, advertisements, presentations, event collateral, social media graphics, and recruiting materials.
  • Assist with managing and updating content across the firm's website, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Draft and edit marketing content, including attorney announcements, practice area descriptions, newsletters, blog posts, event promotions, and recruiting communications.
  • Support the firm's social media presence by developing content calendars, creating posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Maintain attorney biographies, firm profiles, rankings, awards submissions, and other business development materials.
  • Coordinate logistics and marketing support for firm-sponsored events, sponsorships, networking opportunities, community engagement initiatives, and recruiting activities.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to firm branding standards and maintain consistency across all communication channels.
  • Assist with photography, video content, promotional items, and other visual marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, photographers, media partners, and marketing service providers to support projects and campaigns.
  • Monitor website analytics, social media metrics, and marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Two to five years of marketing, communications, or digital marketing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services.
  • Experience creating and managing marketing content across multiple channels, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and print materials.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing/design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, or similar platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of website content management systems, SEO, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, firm leadership, vendors, and administrative staff.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
