Job Summary

Own the end-to-end event ecosystem for a regional Caterpillar dealer, planning local and travel-driven events, coordinating venues and entertainment, and aligning branch marketing efforts with a hands-on, multi-project delivery mindset.

Event Execution: Plan and execute client events, golf tournaments, tradeshows, and promotions
Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate event supplies, novelties, and tradeshow inventory
Branch Marketing Support: Support branch-wide marketing initiatives and cross-team collaboration

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and execute client events, golf tournaments, tradeshows, and promotions from start to finish, including regular local travel to event sites
Manage marketing event supplies, novelties and tradeshow inventory
Coordinate local sporting event attendance and client entertainment
Support branch-wide marketing initiatives as needed
Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves

Requirements

2 years minimum experience in event coordination and marketing a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
A collaborative mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
