Job Summary

Own and coordinate entry-level marketing activities to plan campaigns, create content, and analyze results across channels, enabling consistent brand messaging and cross-functional execution.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist across digital and offline channels to drive activation and awareness.
  • Content & Brand Alignment: Create social, email, and promo content ensuring consistent messaging with product and design teams.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Track performance and translate data into actionable improvements for campaigns and channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Create and manage marketing content for social media, email, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Support brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams on marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with event planning, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage and update marketing materials and online content.
  • Help optimize marketing strategies using data and analytics.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous marketing or internship experience is preferred.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
