Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support consistent execution of Brin’s brand standards across social media, websites, sales tools, presentations, internal communications, events, and client-facing materials to ensure a unified and polished brand experience.
  • Create clear, engaging content for social media, email campaigns, website updates, print materials, employee communications, project highlights, and other marketing needs based on defined priorities and direction.
  • Manage social media and digital platforms by scheduling approved content, monitoring engagement, responding to inquiries, and reporting opportunities to improve performance.
  • Maintain website content to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency, including project pages, blog/news updates, landing pages, basic SEO details, and other company information.
  • Support sales and client-facing teams by developing and maintaining proposal assets, presentations, case studies, project sheets, and other sales enablement materials as directed.
  • Coordinate marketing requests and priorities by organizing incoming work, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are completed based on established direction and deadlines.
  • Support planning and execution of internal and external events, including trade shows, industry conferences, recruiting events, employee gatherings, and companywide communications.
  • Capture and organize photos, videos, employee stories, project updates, and culture content for use across marketing, recruiting, sales, and internal communications.
  • Maintain marketing resource libraries so brand assets - including logos, templates, photos, case studies, and collateral - are organized, accurate, and easily accessible for team use.
  • Track basic marketing performance across social media, website, email, and campaign activity, and share reporting insights to support ongoing improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to turn ideas into clear, polished content for different audiences.
  • Working knowledge of communications, branding, and content development best practices.
  • Organized, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple marketing requests, timelines, and priorities without losing track of the details.
  • Comfortable collaborating with sales, operations, recruiting, leadership, and other teams to gather information and move projects forward.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to bring fresh ideas while staying aligned with company goals, brand standards, and audience needs.
  • Able to create and organize content such as social posts, employee stories, project updates, presentations, case studies, email content, and basic marketing materials.
  • Comfortable using basic marketing results, feedback, and engagement data to understand what is working and suggest practical improvements.
  • Able to travel to company locations, events, jobsites, or client-related engagements as needed.
  • Able to occasionally work outside typical office hours to support events, deadlines, or timely communication needs.

Preferred

  • Social media scheduling, email marketing, website maintenance (updates, basic SEO, and analytics tools).
  • WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, or similar design, website, and presentation tools.
  • Comfort supporting photo, video, jobsite, employee, project, or culture content for use across marketing and communication channels.
  • Experience in construction, architecture, manufacturing, trades, B2B marketing, or professional services.
