Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support budget management by maintaining strong lines of communication with marketing teams and internal partners to help keep marketing budgets, trackers, invoices, and budget entries accurate and up to date. Assist with budget set-up and updates during the annual planning cycle.
  • Coordinate the delivery of go-to-market toolkits, brand artwork, e-content, and in-store marketing assets by helping organize timelines, gather inputs, follow up with partners, and confirm materials are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support the Vendor Management process for MSA/SOW expenses by assisting with vendor set-up and documentation, processing goods receipts, confirming proof of performance, and initiating purchase orders as needed.
  • Support packaging artwork workflows within EKSO by tracking project status, coordinating approvals, following up on open items, and helping artwork updates move through the process accurately and on time.
  • Assist with in-store merchandising tools and sales support materials and product samples by coordinating with Brand, Sales, and agency partners to help ensure materials are organized, accurate, and ready for use.

Preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand support, project coordination, agency, CPG, retail, or a related business environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Exposure to brand guidelines, marketing assets, packaging/artwork workflows, go-to-market materials, and/or in-store marketing execution is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and follow-through, with the ability to provide clear updates, recap next steps, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; exposure to budget tracking, invoice follow-up, purchase orders, SAP, vendor documentation, and/or Esko is a plus.
