Job Description
Own end-to-end pursuit development and post‑award marketing storytelling for complex projects, coordinating with leadership, crafting visuals, and turning wins into case studies.
- Lead pursuit lifecycle from RFP to final submission with cross‑functional teams.
- Craft high‑quality persuasive content and ensure timely drafts and final packages.
- Partner with pursuits manager and executive leadership to gather background information and insights.
- Develop customized proposal layouts and creative visuals that elevate submissions.
- Prepare compelling presentations and interview materials with the VDC visualization team; lead presentation coaching.
- Track awarded projects to generate marketing content and document progress.
- Develop case studies, coordinate photo/video, write project descriptions, and identify story opportunities across platforms.
- Maintain accurate project data using Cosential, OpenAsset, Salesforce, and other information systems; assist with planning and executing campaigns.
