Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing brand campaigns, and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Daily tasks include crafting and overseeing content creation, analyzing marketing analytics, and leading digital and traditional marketing initiatives to align with the company's overall goals.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to drive growth in product awareness and market presence.

Requirements

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX.
• one plus year of experience in a marketing function for a lighting systems manufacturer and/or a distributor/rep agency.
• Proven skills in marketing strategy development, branding, and campaign management.
• Solid expertise in digital marketing, social media marketing, and SEO/SEM practices.
• Experience in content creation, including copywriting, editing, and crafting high-quality marketing materials.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis, marketing analytics tools, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to build strong client and team relationships.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Understanding of architectural lighting industry trends and at least two years of experience in marketign role with a lighting manufacturer is required for this role.
