Responsibilities

• Tactical Execution: Handle client-related tasks such as minor social media management, blog research and creations, cold email campaign setup and execution, vendor communication/requests, web or advertising copywriting, website copy/content updates, and newsletter creation within Constant Contact.
• Strategy Support: Attend client meetings, capture high-level notes via AI and manual note-taking, and update and tackle related "to-do" lists that drive client revenue.
• Assist the Specialist Team: Act as the "connector" between our team and our clients to ensure projects/tasks stay on track and meet high-quality standards.
• Data & Insights: Help pull reports from tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to show clients the real-world ROI of our efforts.
• Manage the Workflow: Keep our CRM and project management tools organized so no detail ever falls through the cracks.

Requirements

• 40-hour-per-week evaluation period
• 90-day performance-based residency with potential conversion to long-term salaried position
• Strong interest in marketing and/or becoming a high-performing and modern Marketing Director
• Ability to learn quickly and own projects as you demonstrate mastery

Preferred

• Experience in an agency or marketing environment.
• Basic design software competency (Canva/Adobe).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Active Campaign, etc.).
• Richmond Local: You live in or around Richmond, VA, and are able to attend occasional in-person client or team meetings and/or client video/photo shoots.
