Responsibilities
- The Marketing Specialist at Coffman Engineers plays a key role in supporting business development and marketing efforts through proposal coordination, content management, client engagement activities, and special event support.
- This position serves as a trusted resource for developing and producing high-quality proposals, managing marketing data and resources, supporting client relationship initiatives, and coordinating internal and external communications.
Requirements
- Positive, collaborative attitude and strong commitment to teamwork.
- 3-5 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently while remaining organized, adaptable, and responsive to team needs.
- Experience coordinating proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and business development activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat
