Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Capture photo and video content on-site for digital use
Design graphics and edit short- and long-form video content
Monitor trends and recommend ideas to increase reach and engagement
Manage community engagement across channels
Track performance using social analytics tools and Google Analytics
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in social media or marketing support (internships included)
Experience creating and editing short- and long-form video content
Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with social media analytics and digital marketing tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work
