Responsibilities

• Assist with managing social media accounts for Lane Office and FalkbuiltNY
• Schedule and publish social media content
• Monitor and engage with comments, mentions, partners, and relevant industry content
• Assist with maintaining social media and content calendars
• Support the development and editing of social media copy, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing content
• Repurpose existing content across different marketing channels
• Help research content ideas, industry topics, products, projects, and trends
• Create basic social graphics, event collateral, branded documents, and other marketing materials
• Assist with formatting presentations, case studies, company overview decks, and RFP materials
• Resize and prepare creative assets for social media, web, email, and presentations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated experience with digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and print marketing
• Hands-on experience with marketing technology, content management systems, design software, and Microsoft 365
• Strong portfolio or examples of social media, graphic design, content, photography, video, or other relevant marketing work preferred

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience

Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000–$70,000, based on experience and qualifications
