Responsibilities

• - Client Leadership: Partner closely with Sales to translate data-driven insights and measurement into actionable strategies that improve business performance for our clients and agency partners
• - Insights & Influence: Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
• - Measurement Strategy & Execution: Design and lead advanced measurement initiatives (experimentation, incrementality, attribution, clean rooms) to optimize marketing performance
• - Advanced Analytics: Apply SQL, Python, and visualization to analyze LinkedIn and third-party data at scale
• - Innovation & Product Influence: Advise cross-functional partners to identify innovation opportunities including, but not limited to new product features, measurement capabilities, and go-to-market strategies.
• - Thought Leadership: Drive POV on the future of B2B measurement and represent the company externally
• - Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, custom projects
• - Data Governance: Uphold best practices in data privacy, security, and coding standards

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in analytics, marketing science, measurement, or consulting, with direct client-facing leadership.
• 5+ years' experience using SQL or similar querying language
• 5+ years' experience in a consultative or advisory role
• 3+ years' experience in project or program management
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related analytic field).

Preferred

• 10+ years analytics, marketing science, measurement, or consulting, with direct client-facing leadership.
• 6+ years' experience using SQL or similar querying language
• 6+ years' experience in a consultative or advisory role
• 4+ years' experience in project or program management
• Experience in digital marketing and AdTech ecosystems, including agency landscape
• Demonstrated expertise in measurement methodologies (e.g. incrementality, attribution, MMM, experimentation, CAPI)
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and advanced analytics tools
• Experience applying AI / LLM techniques in analytics workflows
