Responsibilities

• Develop and test food and bread concepts that address customer needs and market opportunities.
• Research foodservice, bakery, restaurant, and consumer trends to identify innovation opportunities.
• Create recipes, prototypes, trend reports, menu concepts, and customer-facing culinary content.
• Support customer presentations, ideation sessions, product demonstrations, and culinary events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Culinary teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Maintain accurate recipe documentation and commercialization support materials.
• Assist with food styling, photography, and presentation preparation.
• Maintain kitchen organization, food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Travel as needed to support customer meetings, industry events, and research activities.

Requirements

• Culinary degree, certification, or related education in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Culinary Nutrition, or Business.
• 2–6 years of experience in Culinary R&D, Food Manufacturing, Product Development, or Restaurant Innovation.
• Strong culinary, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of food trends, menu development, and foodservice operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

• Experience with food styling, photography, or video production.
• Knowledge of SharePoint or similar content management systems.
