Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, identifying industry trends, and providing actionable insights to guide the company's marketing strategies.
  • The main focus area will be around digital marketing (paid media, organic social, email/sms, etc.) and how best to make UOOA stand out in this competitive market.
  • The role will also involve creating reports, tracking metrics, and conducting comprehensive research on the brand and competitors' marketing activities to support decision-making and achieve business goals.
  • This role will be highly analytical in nature and require the ability to do comprehensive research with limited tools and resources

Requirements

  • Strong skills in Market Research and Market Analysis
  • Experience with Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills
  • Effective Communication skills to present findings and collaborate with teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, software, and visualization platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field

Preferred

  • Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is an advantage
  • Previous experience in competitive research across paid media, organic social, crm, etc.
  • Previous experience working in a start-up environment with limited resources
