Job Summary

Own a customer needs based education and marketing effort for insurance options, coordinating with the agent to set and hit marketing goals while operating with consistent daily execution.

  • Customer Education & Goals: Educate customers on options and collaborate with the agent to set and meet marketing targets.
  • Daily Execution & Problem Solving: Maintain a strong work ethic and proactively address blockers to keep progress on track.
  • Licensing Pathway: Prepare to obtain required Property & Casualty licenses as part of role readiness.

Requirements

  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Experience in marketing financial products
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
