Responsibilities
- Printing player cards
- Answering questions about the PENN Play program
- Assisting guests with their PENN Play accounts
- Providing general information about the property
- Answering questions about PENN Cash, offers, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Effective verbal communication skills in person and on the telephone.
- Knowledge of credit operations, rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of inter-related department functions such as Cashiers Cage, Collections, and Revenue Audit.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Knowledge of Coupa or other procurement systems.
