Lead and own end-to-end user acceptance testing for customer-facing campaigns and digital experiences, partnering with marketing, digital teams, and vendor partners to validate content, catch errors, and drive high-quality releases.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for customer-facing marketing campaigns, websites, mobile applications, and promotional offers.
  • Review digital content, disclosures, and marketing materials to identify errors, inconsistencies, or customer-impacting issues.
  • Compare vendor-delivered content against approved marketing specifications and mockups to ensure accuracy.
  • Document findings, communicate defects, and support remediation efforts through completion.
  • Participate in testing cycles, peer reviews, and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Support control execution activities that help reduce operational and customer risk.
  • Manage multiple reviews and testing assignments simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and vendor partners throughout release cycles.
  • Utilize tools such as Figma and web-based testing environments to validate content and functionality.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, E-Business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms, Mobile Applications, Social Media, or related fields.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven experience reviewing, validating, and testing content.
  • Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies within large volumes of content and disclosures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working under short turnaround times and managing competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting testing, quality assurance, validation, or control execution activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Marketing experience and understanding of customer-facing marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with web-based testing environments and digital content validation processes.

Preferred

  • Experience using Figma for reviewing digital designs, mockups, or marketing assets. (preferred)
