Position Title: Marketing Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: REMOTE, United States
Pay Rate: $22.00-25.00/hour
Position Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Nebraska. In this role, you will ensure marketing materials meet all regulatory, brand, and quality standards while leveraging cutting-edge automation tools to streamline compliance reviews. Your work will help maintain the integrity and accuracy of marketing content, supporting efficient campaign deployment and audit readiness. You will partner with marketing, compliance, and digital asset teams to optimize review processes, manage lifecycle and asset governance, and continuously improve workflows within a fast-paced environment.
Top Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, compliance, or marketing operations within the insurance or financial services industry
• Proficiency with compliance monitoring platforms such as PerformLine, Smarsh, Proofpoint, or Hearsay
• Strong understanding of insurance marketing regulations, including NAIC guidelines and state Department of Insurance requirements
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with insurance marketing and advertising review processes for regulators
• Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems and workflow tools such as Adobe Workfront, JIRA, or Asana
