Job Summary

Support Wooster Community Hospital marketing and PR efforts by creating content, managing digital assets, coordinating events, and ensuring brand consistency.

  • Create and edit marketing collateral and web content for WCH and BMS.
  • Must have proven marketing/PR experience and strong MS Office skills.
  • Coordinate photography and ensure brand consistency across materials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for various marketing collateral.
  • Edit and update websites for WCH and BMS.
  • Manage and create Google profiles for WCH and BMS.
  • Manage the VIP loyalty program, WCH Friends.
  • Coordinate photo shoots as the in-house photographer.
  • Use images for websites and other marketing materials.
  • Provide interim coverage for Volunteer Services.
  • Design collateral for Auxiliary and Volunteer Services.
  • Act as a resource for the transportation scheduler.
  • Brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

Requirements

  • Computer Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, desktop publishing, Word. Excellent word processing skills.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist or similar role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment with the ability to maintain multiple projects and/or jobduties.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to function independently and collaboratively within a team; shows initiative; is creative andwell-organized
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer services skills
  • Subject to STHR (short term hour reduction) according to policy
  • Employees in this position must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, turn, crouch, and bend as necessary to complete typical event duties, including health fair set-up.
