Job Summary

Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle from opportunity review through final delivery, ensuring on-time submission and compelling content that differentiates the firm.

  • Ownership of pursuit strategy, win themes, and collaboration with Practice Area Leaders and Marketing.
  • Content craft and polish for proposals, including project descriptions, resumes, and tailored narratives.
  • Maintenance of library, boilerplate, and project data sheets to support quick turnarounds.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the full life cycle of proposals (pre-positioning, RFPs, RFQs, SOQs) from opportunity review to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with Practice Area Leaders and the Marketing Team to develop pursuit strategy, win themes, and differentiators.
  • Create, edit, and polish proposal content including project descriptions, staff resumes, and tailored narratives.
  • Support maintenance of the firm’s proposal library, boilerplate, resumes, and project data sheets.
  • Track deadlines, coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, and ensure on-time submission.
  • Partner with marketing staff on brand consistency, design standards, and digital asset management.
  • Support improvement of proposal processes, tools, and templates for efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture/Design, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in proposal management or marketing within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC).
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for clarity and persuasion.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe products.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across studios and with senior leaders
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling with the ability to understand how layout, color, typography and imagery work together to support a message.
  • Working knowledge of standard business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.
