Job Summary

Own the end-to-end bid and proposal support workflow for a construction-marketing team, driving clear submissions, persuasive writing, and compelling visuals for client pitches and awards.

  • Proposal and presentation submissions: manage and produce all materials from draft to final, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Writing and visuals: support creative/technical writing and craft charts/graphics for proposals.
  • Library and reporting: maintain database/library records and produce routine database reports to track progress.

  • Work with team to manage and produce proposal and presentation submissions
  • Assist with or handle creative and technical writing
  • Create graphics/charts for proposals
  • Create/update project profiles
  • Create/update staff resumes
  • Prepare award submissions
  • Database/Library updates
  • Produce database reports
  • Other duties as assigned
  • College degree in English, marketing, or communications
  • Minimum five (5) years experience working on proposals, preferably within the construction industry
  • Exceptional follow up and writing skills, attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Acrobat
