Job Summary

Own the end-to-end proposal and marketing coordination workflow, including writing, graphics, staff materials, and award submissions, while maintaining databases and generating reports.

Lead proposal and presentation submissions from intake to delivery
Produce and update creative writing, graphics, and staff resumes
Manage database updates and reporting, supporting award submissions

Responsibilities

Work with team to manage and produce proposal and presentation submissions
Assist with or handle creative and technical writing
Create graphics/charts for proposals
Create/update project profiles
Create/update staff resumes
Prepare award submissions
Database/Library updates
Produce database reports
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

College degree in English, marketing, or communications
Minimum five (5) years experience working on proposals within the construction industry
Exceptional follow up and writing skills, attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Acrobat
