Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the proposal development process, including scheduling, editing, writing, designing, and production of proposals and statements of qualifications.
  • Work cross-functionally with firm leaders, technical staff leads, partner organizations, and marketing team colleagues to develop compelling proposal strategies and messaging.
  • Apply creative thinking and visual storytelling to highlight key messaging.
  • Ensure compliance with proposal requirements
  • Develop interview strategies, presentation, and materials
  • Develop brand-approved marketing collateral and materials
  • Contribute to proposal database management processes
  • Utilize marketing, communications, and/or design software to develop content and follow processes (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, Monday.com )
  • Build and maintain cooperative and trusting relationships with Marketing teammates and technical staff
  • Submit quality work for review and approval in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of marketing and/or communications techniques, tools, and principles
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks

Preferred

  • Additional consideration will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in the engineering, architecture, or consulting industry.
