Job Summary

Own frontline engagement and relationship-building with prospects while representing brands at events and campaigns, with a bias toward turning inquiries into qualified leads and supporting sales goals.

Engagement & Lead Gen: Interact with prospects and generate leads to backstop sales targets.
Brand Representation: Promote campaigns and act as a brand ambassador at events and activities.
Relationship Management: Be the initial contact for inquiries and ongoing client care.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers in person to promote current campaigns, products, and services
Deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients
Represent client brands through promotional marketing activities and events
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and relationship management
Generate leads and support sales initiatives to meet individual and team goal

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
