Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns, live events, promotional activations, and community outreach programs
• Engage directly with customers, attendees, and community members
• Answer questions and provide professional, friendly customer service
• Represent brands and nonprofit partners in a positive and professional manner
• Assist with event setup, execution, coordination, and breakdown
• Support promotional displays, materials, and event logistics
• Learn essential marketing skills including customer engagement, brand representation, campaign messaging, and event promotions
• Collaborate with team members to meet event and campaign goals
• Help create positive and memorable attendee experiences
• Gather customer and event feedback to help improve campaign performance
