Job Summary

Coordinate and support live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach to engage donors and the public, ensuring smooth on-site execution and clear messaging across campaigns.

  • Ship and set up event spaces, promotions, and outreach activities to maximize participation and impact.
  • Engage attendees, donors, and community members with information and answers to questions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to track participation and campaign performance.

Job Description

  • Assist with the setup and execution of live promotional events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
  • Represent nonprofit organizations and brand partners in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Promote awareness for fundraising campaigns, community programs, and promotional events
  • Engage with event attendees, donors, and community members to provide information and answer questions
  • Support marketing and promotions teams with customer interactions and event coordination
  • Distribute promotional materials, event information, and campaign messaging
  • Help track event participation, customer feedback, and campaign performance
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and customer-focused presence at all events and outreach activities
  • No prior experience required — paid training provided
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in marketing, communications, business, or public relations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for working with people
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
