Own the operations backbone for a YMCA marketing team, coordinating workflows, timelines, and cross-functional alignment to deliver campaigns on schedule and with impact.

  • Contribute to shaping and implementing marketing strategies.

  • Manage workflow and timelines across all marketing projects to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input with the CEO, marketing team, and program directors to execute plans.
  • Contribute to shaping and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Experience in project management and marketing.
  • Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Be able to adjust to tight deadlines
  • Professional social media awareness.
  • Must have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in the marketing field or project management.
  • Proficient in project and workflow management systems, such as Asana.
