Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Confluence.
• Manage project risks through proactive risk assessment, root cause analysis, and implementing mitigation strategies aligned with Six Sigma and Lean principles.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, IT specialists, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress using earned value management and other performance metrics; communicate updates effectively to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives through Kaizen events and process mapping to optimize workflows and enhance quality management practices.
