Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Break down marketing strategies into structured project plans
  • Define campaign phases, milestones, and deadlines
  • Clarify scope, deliverables, and task ownership
  • Identify cross-team dependencies
  • Ensure alignment between marketing calendar and company priorities
  • Coordinate between Marketing, Sales, Design, and Content teams
  • Facilitate campaign planning meetings
  • Ensure alignment on messaging and deadlines
  • Document decisions and action steps
  • Maintain clear communication between departments

Requirements

  • Strong experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.)
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows (email, paid ads, content, social)
  • Experience coordinating remote teams
  • Advanced organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable tracking KPIs
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • 3+ years in marketing project management
  • Experience coordinating multiple marketing channels
  • Proven record of delivering campaigns on time

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Exposure to CRM systems (HubSpot, Go High Level, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of marketing funnels
  • Familiarity with launch frameworks
