Responsibilities

  • Program Ownership & Execution: Own day-to-day execution of high-priority Brand and Marketing programs.
  • Translate priorities into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring work progresses smoothly from kickoff through completion.
  • Personally create and maintain key program outputs such as plans, presentations, executive updates, documentation, and tracking materials.
  • Identify gaps, risks, or blockers early and take action to resolve them so work stays on track.
  • Leadership Support & Delivery: Partner closely with Brand and Marketing leadership to support planning, execution, and follow-through on critical initiatives.
  • Prepare, refine, and maintain high-quality materials for leadership meetings, reviews, and planning sessions, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Ensure decisions and next steps are clearly documented and reflected in execution.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate work across go-to-market to ensure initiatives are aligned and delivered as planned.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and dependencies, helping teams stay focused and aligned.
  • Drive accountability by clearly defining ownership, timelines, and expectations across contributors.
  • Operating Rhythm & Visibility: Track progress across active initiatives and provide clear, concise updates to leadership on status, risks, and next steps.
  • Maintain simple, effective processes for managing work so teams can move quickly without unnecessary overhead.
  • Look for practical ways to improve how Brand and Marketing teams execute programs and manage work at scale.
