Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit web copy, articles, social posts, emails, promotions, sales-support materials, and other marketing content.
  • Help coordinate digital marketing campaigns from idea and asset creation through launch and measurement.
  • Create and schedule social media content and track basic engagement results.
  • Support trade shows, webinars, customer events, and related pre-event and post-event activities.
  • Help create, test, and deploy marketing emails and automated campaigns.
  • Coordinate creative assets with designers, writers, video specialists, product teams, sales partners, and other contributors.
  • Assist with website and landing-page updates, campaign quality assurance, and basic A/B testing.
  • Maintain project schedules, calendars, files, and deadlines so work keeps moving.
  • Review basic campaign analytics and help prepare clear performance reports.
  • Research customers, competitors, industries, and marketing opportunities, and help the team test new ideas.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, digital marketing, social media, events, or a related field. Internships and substantial portfolio work count.
  • Write clearly and enjoy both creative and analytical work.
  • Are organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage several projects without losing track of commitments.
  • Are genuinely curious and enjoy learning.
  • Bring energy and enthusiasm to your work.
  • When you encounter a problem, your first instinct is to understand it and figure out a practical solution.
  • Are comfortable saying, 'I do not know yet, but I can find out.'
  • Ask thoughtful questions and accept feedback without becoming defensive, then use it to improve.
  • Do not need detailed instructions for every situation, but know when to ask for help.
  • Enjoy collaborating with others and want to become a seriously capable marketer.

Preferred

  • HubSpot or another marketing automation platform; Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Google Analytics or GA4, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, or social media management tools.
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing, content management systems, or ecommerce.
  • Trade shows, event coordination, B2B marketing, campaign reporting, or AI-assisted marketing tools.
