Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral including menus, station signage, promotional materials, catering guides, presentations, sales decks, and digital content for our locations.
  • Perform hands-on production tasks such as printing, cutting, binding, laminating, and assembling materials as needed for unit openings, refreshes, and ongoing promotions.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize digital files for print, digital signage, email, and web deployment, ensuring compatibility, formatting accuracy, and brand compliance with American Dining Creations standards.
  • Partner with creative, culinary, and content teams to ensure all produced materials meet quality standards, operational needs, and project requirements.
  • Manage internal production equipment (printers, binding equipment, cutters, etc.) and coordinate maintenance or service needs.
  • Maintain organized digital-asset filing systems, naming conventions, and version control for all marketing files related to concepts, accounts, and campaigns.
  • Manage file intake, updates, and archival processes to ensure easy retrieval for the marketing team, sales, and field operators.
  • Ensure artwork, templates, menu formats, brand standards, and promotional toolkits are properly stored, updated, and shared across the organization.
  • Support the team with basic file conversions, resizing, compressing, and formatting for various platforms (print, digital signage, email, web, social, presentations).
  • Coordinate the distribution of printed and digital marketing materials to internal teams, field locations, clients, and partners across the American Dining Creations portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing production, print production, marketing operations, or project coordination; multi-unit, hospitality, or foodservice experience a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with printing, binding, finishing equipment, and file preparation for print and digital.
  • Strong organizational and file management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Culinary, and HR.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design/production platforms (a plus)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar)
