Job Summary
Drive local growth by turning in-person relationships into steady patient referrals, combining field outreach with community events and targeted campaigns to raise awareness of the therapy services.
- Referral Partnerships: Build and expand physician relationships, coordinate lunches and tours, and cultivate ongoing referrals.
- Community & Campaigns: Represent the brand at events, create engaging content, and execute patient outreach across calls, texts, and mailings.
- Measurement & Optimization: Track campaign results, iterate on what works, and stay organized across projects.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Visiting physician offices and building trust with providers and staff
- Starting conversations (even when it’s not convenient or comfortable)
- Surveying patients & referral sources to gather information
- Following up consistently and staying top-of-mind
- Representing Teton Therapy at events, lunches, and in the community
- Communicating the value of our services clearly and confidently
- Being organized in your various projects and managing your time efficiently
- Build and grow referral relationships with physicians and medical offices
- Coordinate provider lunches, drop-offs, and clinic tours
- Represent Teton Therapy at community events and networking opportunities

- Are confident, persistent, and not easily discouraged
- Can walk into a business and start a conversation without overthinking it
