Own the planning and execution of in-office game day prep and marketing campaigns, collaborating with the Marketing Operations Manager to create gameday materials and drive campus engagement.

Coordinate with marketing operations to ensure timely delivery of assets

Responsibilities

Work in office during the week to help prepare for game days
Work with Manager of Marketing Operations to efficiently execute marketing campaigns
Create flyers, posters and other gameday materials

Requirements

College student majoring in marketing, business, communications, sport management desired
Familiarity with hockey preferred (not required)
Experience with live event planning/execution preferred (not required)
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Ability to communicate and maintain a professional demeanor
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Must be willing to work in office and some nights/weekends
