Responsibilities

• Conduct follow up calls to prospective clients and businesses
• Follow up on previously contacted leads
• Send professional emails and follow-up communications
• Schedule meetings and consultations with qualified decision-makers
• Maintain accurate CRM records and communication logs for each client
• Update and manage spreadsheets and lead-tracking databases
• Assist with prospect research and lead qualification
• Communicate regularly with management regarding lead status and opportunities
• Track all calls, emails, meetings, and follow-up activities

Requirements

• Some previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, sales, or customer service
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, event planners, property managers, and other decision-makers
• Experience using CRM systems
• Microsoft Excel
• Google Sheets
• Google Workspace
• Email platforms and business communication tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred

• Spanish (Preferred)
• Cold-calling experience is a plus, but these calls are generally connected to emails that have already been sent.
