Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from real marketing operations work, including the planted issue and the decision a strong practitioner should reach.
• Specify the documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed to build realistic, high-fidelity task environments.
• Write and review reference answers along with the criteria that separate a strong response from a plausible-but-wrong one.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your own practitioner standard, across diagnosis, prioritization, planning, QA, triage, and reporting tasks.

Requirements

• Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing operations you have built the routing rules, workflows, and reporting yourself.
• Fluency in a CRM such as Salesforce, a marketing automation platform, a project tracker such as Asana or Linear, and a support tool such as Zendesk or Intercom.
• Prior experience with lead routing, workflow design, campaign operations, agency/process transitions, or orchestration across the marketing and sales stack.
• Clear written reasoning able to explain not just what the right answer is, but why.

Preferred

• Prior experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
• Experience working across multi-tool marketing stacks (email, CRM, analytics, ads, CMS, support) in an operational capacity.
• Comfort reviewing and critiquing others' work against a rubric or defined standard.
