Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain scheduling calendars for studio sessions and photography presentations, ensuring alignment with operational capacity and business needs
  • Produce and distribute recurring reporting and performance analysis to relevant team members
  • Act as a central resource for operational data, reporting, and insights related to marketing execution
  • Consolidate and synthesize feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of processes, training materials, and operational procedures
  • Partner cross-functionally with other departments to ensure consistency and execution of initiatives
  • Model professionalism, accountability, and high-performance standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing Operations

Requirements

  • Experience working with spreadsheets and data analysis, including translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong process-oriented thinker with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement
  • High attention to detail with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to broader operational impact
  • Effective communicator with experience presenting information clearly to various audiences
  • Professional presence across all communication channels (in-person, virtual, and written)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Must pass a satisfactory background check

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience; one year of relevant experience may substitute for each year of required education)
